sci fye is a noisy pop-rock grunge band, and a group of strangers met in the urban city of Pasay City in late 2023. They originally started within the time Jasper Clement Cabuntocan (vocals/guitar) and Lance Jefferson Bernales (bass) were schoolmates. Clem noticed Lance wearing a shirt with a DS-1 pedal print on it during one of their classes together. It then sparked a conversation between the two, which quickly transitioned into them discussing music and eventually forming a band. Clem would send Lance demos of what would eventually be the skeleton of the "who knows?" EP. Joseph Daniel Milante (drums) came to fruition through a friend's recommendation. Clem would send him demos as well. Neil was hesitant at first, but as soon as he heard the first version of "don't wanna be", he was absolutely down to be a part of it. From that day on, sci fye was born to turn diverse stories into music that resonates.
