1) Pig Children was an L.A. hardcore punk band from 80's. 2) There is also a band called Pig Children from Michigan. Pig Children is a 4-piece progressive fusion-metal band from Midland, Michigan formed in March of 2007, originally comprised of Kyle Phillips on vocals, Parker Langvardt on Bass, Ben Chargot on drums, and Tyler Johnson on guitar. Their self titled debut EP was released on July 25, 2008. After a year and a half of nonstop shows, including a spot on the ‘”Metal City” stage at Dirtfest 2008 and a sold out Midland Center for the Arts in November of 2008, they took a hiatus to regroup. 4 months later on Friday, February 13, 2009, Pig Children returned to a full house with new guitarist, Jeff Schaffer replacing Tyler Johnson. Throughout 2009 Pig Children toured extensively. From April to September Pig Children recorded their first full length album entitled "Fragments". The album was officially released on January 9, 2010.
