Biography
1. Murder, Inc. was a short-lived industrial metal supergroup formed in 1991, featuring members of Killing Joke and vocalist Chris Connelly. Murder, Inc. consisted of Connelly; current Killing Joke members Geordie Walker, Paul Raven, and Martin Atkins; former Killing Joke drummer “Big Paul” Ferguson; and Killing Joke live keyboardist John Bechdel. Unsurprisingly, Murder, Inc.’s musical style is quite similar to contemporaneous Killing Joke.
The group produced a eponymous album and an accompanying remix EP, Corpuscle, before disbanding. A compilation album, Locate Subvert Terminate, contains both of these releases and live recordings.
Connelly, Atkins, and Walker later founded another industrial supergroup, The Damage Manual.

2. The Murder Inc. rap group was the early version of The Inc. Records, a label headed by Irv Gotti. The collective consisted of Inc. Records' star MC Ja Rule, Ruff Ryders' DMX and Roc-A-Fella's Jay-Z. Irv Gotti provided production for many of their songs together, and Mic Geronimo was an associate.
