Beautiful Tuesday was formed in May of 2009 by a close group of friends from Cape Cod, MA. Inspired by the music in their lives, and eager to make their own, they came together and spent their first year together writing hard. In June of 2010, Beautiful Tuesday played their first show with national touring band, Phone Calls From Home. The crowd response they received was better than they had ever expected, and they went on to play over 20 shows that Summer. In November of 2010, Beautiful Tuesday went through an unexpected line-up change, and took on the talented Theresa Andrewski as their new lead vocalist. Releasing their first single 'Beauty in the Breakdown' only 2 weeks later, they let nothing hold them back. With the addition of Theresa, the band has created a unique lyric focused folk-pop sound, combining female leads and male harmonies with acoustic guitars, epic drum beats, and intricate piano pieces.
