Andina is a rock band from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Their musical influences are diverse, ranging from the old British underground rock scene to the recent american post-rock phenomenom, presenting songs in Portuguese and subtle references to Brazilian music. In 2008, Andina released their second album, "Escadanova", featuring production by Ray-Z (musician and producer) and the record label Alvo Discos stamp.
