Wir sind Helden (German pronunciation: [viːɐ̯ zɪnt ˈhɛldn̩], meaning "We are heroes") was a German pop rock band established in 2000 in Hamburg and later based in Berlin. The band consisted of Judith Holofernes (lead vocals, guitar), Pola Roy (drums), Mark Tavassol (bass), and Jean-Michel Tourette (keyboard, guitar).
