Guitar, Vocals, Production - Cormac Rogers Bass,Production - Mark Gibson Art, Drums - Tiarnan Gardiner (Former Members) R.I.P Liam Doherty 2001-♾ (Guitar) Guitar - Christopher Gallagher (2020-2021) Founded in 2020 by rhythm guitarist Liam Doherty (2001-2021) white lighter find themselves to be an oddity among their donegal peers, leaning into a much noisier rougher edge, straddling shoegaze, punk and alternative rock in the same track at times, after the tragic death of their friend and founder and departure of lead guitarist chris gallagher, they found themselves short a guitarist, but after vocalist cormac rogers picked up some monolithic guitar skills and few pedals, along with bassist mark gibson and drummer tiarnan gardiner, they were back up and running, now a three piece living in Derry. after the completion and release of their debut self titled EP, they move further with a newfound purpose and ethos, with things now holding more weight than their humble beginnings would have foreseen, they look to push the envelope for garage and noise music in this country. 2. White Lighter is a band from the mid 2010s that was essentially a side project for members of different bands. They have one album out on Northern Records that was released in November, 2014.
