Searching for inspiration in the works of bands like My Bloody Valentine or Depeche Mode, Drift chooses to combine glowing picks of pop style with inflamed pieces of rock & roll. Delivering their sole dreamy pop themes supported by a consistent guitar section and expertise instrumentation, Drift started by gathering a respectable reputation due to their intense live performances. Following a series of concerts all over San Diego's club scene, the band decided on recording their first disc.
