Veil Veil Vanish is a San Francisco based 4-piece that combines dark, gothic/post-punk energy with modern, indie passion, and shoegaze, wall-of-sound ethereality. Veil Veil Vanish is a San Francisco based 4-piece that combines dark, gothic/post-punk energy with modern, indie passion, and shoegaze, wall-of-sound ethereality. Veil Veil Vanish began in January of 2006 and features ex-members of Andalusia (an etherial/ gothic/shoegaze band who toured extensivley around the U.S. and released 2 full albums as well as 2 EP’s independently), Astral (a gothic/post-punk/shoegaze band who twice played with David J. of Bauhaus) & Jada Morning (who headlined such venues in SF such as Slims) In addition to quickly building a large “live” following, the band is beginning to get noticed by press as well a few different indie labels.
