Coming together in the summer of 2006, Third to Last met in halves. Mike Stackhouse (vocals/guitar) who was lifelong friends with Chris Brittingham (bass) met twin brothers Nick Braskey (guitar) and Nate Braskey (percussion). Mike, who had been writing and recording, had some songs written, which the band picked up to play in a small performance in the local coffee house Chaplin’s: The Music Café. Being freshmen in high school, the band did not come across many opportunities to play. Four years later, all the members are now attending college.
