Al Oakley aka thepoisoner runs a small studio in deep dark Cornwall UK, and also lives part time in Hua Hin, Thailand. Working as an artist/producer he also DJ's regularly. Whilst the poisoner's music has a definite original flavour, his influences include Dead Can Dance, Zion Train, Dreadzone, Whipping Boy, Burial, Jeff Buckley, Rhythm & Sound, UNKLE, New Order and Nitzer Ebb.
