Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, The Vacancies music and live performances give the listener an honest and profound punk rock that is magnified by their high energy, high powered shows. From Billy Crooked's incredible performances on lead vocals, to Michael James' driving guitar, coupled with Bo's powerful bass, this band is a must see to believe. The Vacancies have shared stages with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, The Buzzcocks, The Hives, Stiff Little Fingers, The Casualties, Rise Against, The Dwarves, Social Distortion, Flogging Molly, The Adolescents, Street Dogs, along with stops on The Warped Tour and the Bamboozle Festival to name a few. Their debut record “Gutpunch” was released on indie Smog Veil Records. Their sophmore album, A Beat Missing or a Silence Added, produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna was released on Blackheart Records.
