Based in Bristol, UK, The Sky Is Blue is the alias of respected multi-instrumentalist/songwriter Jon Rees. Having spent the last five years producing a series of acclaimed releases as one half of synth-pop duo The Divided Circle, Jon is returning to his most personal project, and is releasing solo material as The Sky Is Blue. This project has shifted and evolved continuously over the years since it began, moving from a stripped back solo acoustic venture juxtaposed with elements of ambient music, through to a three piece art-rock incarnation.
