The Shortsleeves create warm synth pop out of the most basic of instruments: a modified Nintendo Game Boy and a Casio CT-460 keyboard. Endeavoring to wring as much emotion from these relics as possible, The Shortsleeves craft the soundtrack to your favorite memories. Formed in 2009, The Shortsleeves are comprised of documentary filmmaker Paul Owens and Jenn de la Vega of Drum Machine Dating Service. They are currently working on their first full length album in addition to have played live in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Portland and as far as Sweden.
