The Honey Ants are John Grimsey and Rebecca Hamer. The Shepherd’s Bush duo formed back in the spring of 2013 and have since built a reputation on the London live circuit for their knock-out shows. Their unique sound, build around exquisite bittersweet harmonies, has developed from its folk roots into something much more complex and dark - elements of Southern gospel and country blend with London attitude. 2014 was a pivotal year for the band, from appearances at The Isle of Wight Festival to songwriting adventures in the Icelandic countryside, it was a year of discovery and breaking creative boundaries. 2015 sees the fruit of this productive year with the release of brand new material. <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/The+Honey+Ants">Read more on Last.fm</a>.
