The Circle Ends Here is a post-metal / hardcore band from Udine, Italy, formed in 2009. They combine metal, post-rock and sludge in their music; along with ambient passages. The results are a unique interweaving of these influences in which their songs ebb and flow between highly aggressive and calmer passages. The Circle Ends Here is a post-metal / hardcore band from Udine, Italy, formed in 2009. They combine metal, post-rock and sludge in their music; along with ambient passages. The results are a unique interweaving of these influences in which their songs ebb and flow between highly aggressive and calmer passages. After releasing their debut EP Where Time Leaves the Rest; the band was signed to Memorial Records, which released their full length album, "The Division Ahead". After recording the drum tracks for that release, drummer Filippo Fumato left the band and was subsequently replaced by Stefano Sbrugnera. The other members are currently Johnny Lonack on vocals, Marco Giannini on guitar, Francesco Murtas on guitar, and Francesco Lizzi on bass.
