formed in 2004 and set about recording the songs of lead vocalist brian shea in a barn studio ,they released scream as a download single on chromium records in 2005 and followed it up in 2006 with the download single arthur lee again on chromium .. not long after geoff , vinny and mike left the band only leaving brian , ant and gary left they then got in brians then 14 year old son on keyboards and continued . they then released meet the bordellos lp in 2007 on brutarian records and songs for swinging stalkers again on brutarian in 2008.. both receving much critical praise and much support from the collage radio network in the usa .. they then recorded the experimental lofi masterpiece debt sounds on a 4 track in ants living room in 2008 and released in 2009 on welshcake records ,again receiving great reviews . gary then left the band and after trying various other musicians decided to stay as a three piece , they then went on to release a split ep on fruits de mer records and record two free to download lps on bandcamp , the bordellos then recorded a ep inspired by the music jesus and marychain and there own hatred of the music business called bring me the head of justin bieber in 2012 on small bear records .. in 2013 they released a brand new lp on daddy tank records called ronco revival sounds and have also finished some new recordings for small bear records to release again attacking the music industry called will.i.am you really are nothing.. <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/The+Bordellos">Read more on Last.fm</a>.
