The Blue Hit was a unique electroacoustic trio from Austin, Texas.
John McGee offered up guitar moods that are sometimes edgy, sometimes smooth, and sometimes other-worldly. You never knew if he would be playing acoustic or electric, and most of the time you wonder, "How did he do that???"
David "Deemo" Moss is a cellist unlike any other you've ever seen. It was worth the trip just to watch him play. He had lots of sound from that instrument - sometimes subtle, sometimes strong, always right in the pocket. More energy went into this cello than most power companies have to sell.
Grace Rowland rounded out the group with a voice from the Gods. Once you heard this sound, it stayed with you, and you wanted to hear it again and again. Soothing yet edgy, rich, with the depth and range it takes to fill a room with sound. She can capture your soul with her lyrics and take you with her on the journey of a song.
