We come from Martha's Vineyard where we all grew up together. That is an island created when the last glacier from the ice age melted and deposited its boulders in the ocean. Now we record our own music in our practice space in Downtown LA. We live in Silverlake. The Band formed by accident; it was early September and people were heading back to school after a fun summer on the island. Tim and Joe were driving to Alley's general store for coffee when the conversation came to what kind of music our friends like the most. We decided to go to the secret underground practice space called peacegate and write new songs that were uplifting, inspiring, funny and replace all the "I's" with "you's". Everyone thought we were singing about them and we started making out with lots more girls. Then Joe, Seb, Laura, and Farley went to LA. Tim was on the Vineyard for a couple more weeks. The cd was spreading fast and it was getting dangerous at parties. Everyone was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHY ARE'NT YOU GUYS PLAYING?!" Tim was like; "HEY, I'M NOT DOING THAT BAND THING ANYMORE! I GOTTA GET A REAL JOB THIS WINTER!" Thank god for the kind and supportive words of our friends because we forgot all about growing up and now we are rehearsing, finishing the album and starting to gig in LA.
