The 255s are a 4-piece indie rock band from Manchester and Liverpool. Formed as a Weakerthans/Piebald-inspired trio in 2007, they played with the likes of Leatherface, Chuck Ragan and Defiance, Ohio before releasing their debut album ‘Broadcasting’ as a free download. In 2010 the band added volume in the form of a second guitarist/vocalist, before touring with Brothers of Exeter. Split 7”s followed with Unwelcome Guests (Kiss Of Death/ROIDH) and The State Lottery (All In Vinyl). The 255s took a long break in October 2011.
