Sundust was founded in Spittal a.d. Drau / Carinthia in 1998 and started as a three man band, jamming to songs of Black Sabbath, Metallica, Korn and Kyuss. They soon developed their own style: heavy riffs, fast drum beats, low bass strings and a charismatic voice are the characteristics of Sundust`s heavy stonerrock. They recorded their first album in 2007, made their first tour in Jan./Feb. 2008 and shared stages with bands like : Los Natas, Orange Goblin, Colour Haze, End Of Level Boss, Rotor, Evil Beaver, Magnified Eye, Toner Low, a.m.m.
