SSIO (real name Ssiawosch Sadat) is a German rapper of Afghan heritage, born in Bonn, Germany on 29th January 1989. Calling himself a fan of hip hop icons like 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G. and Tha Dogg Pound, he makes music stylized heavily by the 1990s hip hop styles like boom bap and g-funk. His lyrics often take on self-aware humor and like to ridicule other German rappers or rap trends.
