Since last.fm wants me to write this in the third person, this biography going to sound a little strange: Soul Proprietor is Al Biedrzycki, when he performs music. The name was conceived when Al needed a stage name while performing at Bentley University's pub. Although he did go by the name "Music-Al" while busking on the streets of Australia in the Spring of 2008, he needed a stage name that reflected the business school which he graduated from. So, using his marketing skills, Al thought of the name Soul Proprietor. Plus, the band name "Al" was already taken on last.fm, so that wasn't going to work. All songs here were recorded on a TASCAM DP-01 8-track player. Instruments include an Acoustic Taylor Guitar, a hollow-body Ibanez electric Guitar, and a microphone from a karaoke machine.
