Smartut Kahol Lavan (SKL for short) is an israeli hardcore group, with members being veterans of the israeli hardcore \ punk scene, and enough pedegree to last a dozen more bands.
their music is the equivalent of a mosh-pit, with socio-smart lyrics, sharp, witty, powerfull, loved equally by common street punks and scollars types, they charge with a semi melodic brand of old school sound with mixed elements of punk, and a rusty, crusty, anarcho-sound.
lyrically, they represent the extreme left wing, with an intelligent view on society and injustice, and a clear view of todays israel, mixing a critics opinion with the common man input on things as they are.
though theyre on an anti zionist label and suppport anti zionizt opinions, SKL enjoy the love of most scensters just for the seer energy of their music, and their skill to conjure mighty manslides on their show, with every song sounding more and more like a soundtrack to a fist fight. on their recorded material, unlike live, they show musical skills and a sense for melody. with lyrics sheet in hand, one may see the deep thinking invested into their songs.
