Signals To Aircraft are an independent rock band founded and based in Schweinfurt, Germany. They began with Björn (guitar, vocals) and Andreas (bass) meeting semi-regularly for band practice in 2003. Tobias (drums) joined them in 2005, Matthias (guitar) completed the line-up in 2006. The band has since then shared the stage with acts such as The Paper Chase, Frog Eyes and Glorytellers. Signals To Aircraft toured Spain in late 2007. Their music has been described as passionate and melodic, it has drawn comparisons to Pavement and The Weakerthans.
