Shiv Darbar is an upcoming British - South Asian, hip-hop and RnB producer. Whilst keeping his identity private, he first started by creating beats on the Digital Audio Workstation, Soundtrap, and then uploading these beats onto Soundcloud and YouTube, eventually gaining thousands of views and plays across the platforms. An evolved Shiv, then moved towards Spotify and released the 'New Land Ep.' on Spotify, which he had previously uploaded to YouTube. He then released a couple of singles on Spotify, with fellow artist and friend f@dz, and then a first solo single; Oasis. On Friday 18th December 2020, Shiv Darbar released the Seasons Ep; a selection of lofi and chill beats, to tantalise playlisters and listeners across the world. The music blog UNXIGNED has described the EP as 'mediative, flowing and dreamy,' and other blogs such as HRMNY Presents and deathordesire have also complimented tracks on the EP. Hype Machine listed blog, Stereofox, described work from the EP as 'delightful.' Shiv Darbar collaborated with American Singer and Songwriter Khalil Nasar on an energetic RnB song When in Rome, released on Valentines Day 2021.
