What We Have To Say For Ourselves: Seventh Epic is the musical expressions of Joshua and Sarah Queen. These experiments were born from a desire for music they just couldn’t find, so they decided needed to fill the gap by making it. At its roots Seventh Epic is rock ‘n roll. Most of their foundations are laid on a strong beat, heavy guitar phrasing and accompanying bass line. Using synths, samples, and effects, they branch out into open electronic spaces. The songs are fused with abstract, poetic lyrics and rounded off by their orchestrated compositional style. In 2006 Seventh Epic released their first album, “The Road Less Traveled.” After minimal success in Small-Town-Florida they relocated to the Charlotte area of North Carolina to look for a better outlet. In May of 2008 they released their second full length album, "On the Edge" a much more honest and mature representation of the sound Seventh Epic is trying to become.
