Seven Blood is a German alternative metal band formed in Berlin, comprising vocalist Azaria Nasiri, guitarist Oli Arnold, drummer Anfy Hartmann, and bassist Josi Hille. Their music blends elements of metalcore and emo, characterized by melodic yet heavy-hitting compositions. The band's formation is rooted in the diverse backgrounds and personal experiences of its members. Guitarist Oli Arnold and drummer Anfy Hartmann grew up in Suhl, a city in the former German Democratic Republic, experiencing urban decline post-German unification. This environment influenced their musical direction. Vocalist Azaria Nasiri, born in Berlin to a Moroccan mother and Iranian father, faced challenges related to cultural identity and belonging. Seven Blood debuted with the single “Killing from the Inside” in 2024, addressing themes of personal struggle and self-discovery. This was followed by “House ≠ Home,” exploring feelings of displacement, and “Monsters”, delving into internal battles with personal demons. Their latest single, “To the Unknown”, released in March 2025, discusses embracing change during uncertain times. In April 2025, the band announced their debut album, “Life Is Just A Phase” scheduled for release on November 21, 2025. Vocalist Azaria Nasiri expressed that the album encapsulates their musicality and passion, marking a significant chapter in their history. Seven Blood has performed alongside bands like Future Palace, Ankor, and Conquer Divide, gaining recognition for their emotionally charged performances. Read more on Last.fm.
