July 2012 Rudely Interrupted released ‘Mystery Girl’ toured Germany, UK, and presently home again rehearsing for Novembers East Coast Tour. What started out by chance in 2006 as a six piece, turned into a five piece indie rock n roll mean machine by 2012.
In 2008 the bands invitation to perform at the UN in New York City sent them on an international touring path that’s turned these guys into a social ‘rock n roll’ wrecking machine! Performing their 6th international tour in July 2012 the band have returned home to release and promote ‘Mystery Girl’ Touring the Australian east coast from Lismore to Hobarth throughout Nov/Dec 2012.
In June 2010 Rudely Interrupted released their debut album ‘Tragedy of the Commons’ performed at the Kennedy Center in DC and followed on to tour up the East Coast of Nth America New York, Brooklyn, Northampton, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal including a live performance on Canada AM.
The bands stunning film clip ‘Close My Eyes’ directed by Tov Belling won the Grand Prix for Good at Cannes 2011 and was screened all over the world, reaching top 20 in Luxemburg iTunes charts for a day! Out selling Nickel Back in a 24 hour period! He!
