Biography
Robert Holm is Professor of Music and head of the piano division at the University of South Alabama, where he teaches applied piano, piano literature, piano pedagogy and collaborates with guest artists and faculty on the USA Musical Arts Series. Holm has released several CDs featuring sonatas by Beethoven on period instruments, sonatas by Mozart, works by Scarlatti, Liszt and Ravel, two-piano music by Mozart, Brahms and Rachmaninoff with French pianist Axel Lenarduzzi, two CDs of Scott Joplin’s rags, two CDs of sacred hymn arrangements, and two CD’s featuring original arrangements of sacred Christmas music.
