Ressurrector began his career in music in his late teens playing thrash metal on the guitar. He later branched off to do music production and recording. After doing this for about half a decade under his studio animosity label he created he decided to become an artist himself. He always had liked rap music but felt it never compared to metal. His idea was to bring something to rap that he felt it needed. That something was what he terms "Death-Rap" which is incorporating death metal styles into rap music such as growling, talk of the occult or ghost vs the standard rap talk of ghetto's,forties, etc. Ressurrector's music is very raw with seething vocals reminiscent of metal or death metal. As much as he is unique on the mic, his beats compliment and finish his sound. His beats go with his vocals like a hand and glove providing an actual unique sound which honestly cannot be labeled as standard horrorcore. Lyrically he seems to be a storyteller and seems to have concepts much like that of power metal. As for being just dark and gothic Ressurrector may just be one of the darkest artist there are. I think fans of metal and some rap will enjoy this. I think goths will appreciate it too. Read more on Last.fm.
