Rising star Raquel Aurilia from Scottsdale, AZ (and Los Angeles) has just released her second album "Holding on to Love" featuring ten songs, nine co-written by Raquel herself. Working with songwriter and producer Gardner Cole, who produced has music for Madonna, Jody Watley, and Amy Grant.
