Edinburgh’s Proc Fiskal is at the forefront of Scotland’s counterpart to the Ruff Sound that Novelist and Mumdance have been giving legs to in recent months. ‘The procurator’ uses his debut EP on Hyperdub to tear through grime, jungle, happy hardcore, juke and all else at 160 beats per minute.
