PRFCT Storm is an artist out of the PNW and Hawaii that is affiliated with Ultra Glacial records, the record label from one half of Blue Sky Black Death's production, 88-Ultra. PRFCT Storm hit the scene with his debut EP A River In Winter which was followed up by his second EP junky.
