Patchouli Soup is an experimental music project formed by Daniel Wilkens Jr., based in the Mojave Desert, CA. None of the material has been intended for official release, thus making the Patchouli Soup project solely independent. The only material to date is that of ‘Seeds’, a culmination of songs resulting from boredom in the summer of 2006, and the introduction of a brief musical outlet (FL Studio), as opposed to drawing and photography. The songs aren’t necessarily influenced by any musicians, seeing as they were made up on the spot simply as “another art project”.
