Parliament Owls are a 5-piece alternative, post-hardcore, prog metal band from Toronto, Ontario. They released a self-titled debut 4-song instrumental EP in January 2017. This was followed by a full length album with added vocalist Devlin Flynn in 2019 titled "A Span Is All That We Can Boast".
