There are two artists named Nutria: 1. Brooklyn based Chilean band. Fufu, the composer and leader took part in other bands like: Maestro, and Gnatos. Francisca Benítez and Andrés Valdivia helped record their first album "Roquerío". Together with other friends they’ve joined Nutria for live shows. Founded by Bob Spires and Jay Gonzalez after The Possibilities broke up, Nutria's first two records, Metronome and Cheef, were released as a single package by Fundamental Records in 2006. Permanent Reminder of a Temporary Emotion followed in 2010 on Cowboy Angel Music.
