New Homes are a band from Tunbridge Wells consisting of 4 teenagers, Sam, Matt, Adam and Flid, who have completed a 7 track ep, a national tour and several high profile gigs in the capital. Influences include The Smiths, The Rapture, Futureheads, Interpol, Billy Bragg, The Clash, The Strokes, The Jam, The Fall, The Libertines, Pulp, Blur, Pixies, Jamie T, Gang Of Four, Brian Blessed, golf, bitter and cricket. They have recently been championed by Radio 1/6Music dj Steve Lamacq and 'Graham Kissed Liam' has recieved airplay on both stations. Look out for the next ep which will be recorded in a few weeks time with Adam Whitaker (Hot Club De Paris, Dustin's Bar Mitzvah, The Rakes) on production duties and hopefully a single release for the new year.
