Nekomata is an italian Modern Metal band born in 2022 with the evolution of the codename band PROJECT KASHA, from the very same founder members Filippo Zavattari (ex Frozen Crown) bass and backing vocals and Andrea Cappellari (ex Skeletoon) guitars and programming, then joined by Andrea Olivieri vocals and Nicolò Buganza drums.
