My Own Accord is a Hard Rock/Metal band with hints of different genres thrown in. Through the members appreciation of all music they take their favorite sounds of metal and morph it into something more appealing to a wider audience. They are always seeking to top their previous work and are continuously growing as musicians and people.
The band was the vision of Miles Roozen in 2007 and was officially founded in 2008 by Miles and Zach Wheeler. Together the duo has worked with many amazing musician's, still searching for the perfect mesh for MOA. In the meantime they are working on a 6 song EP and are currently in the studios. The EP is set to be released late April/early May and they have plans to tour for the EP.
Coming out of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, My Own Accord is ready to tear apart anything in it's path towards world domination. The boys in MOA want nothing more than to be able to make music their career and will stop at nothing to achieve it. If you're looking for that new, original hard rock sound, then sink your teeth into My Own Accord... You won't regret it. Read more on Last.fm.
