Three guys from Oneonta, New York that make wonderful math pop sounds. It is apparent that they have separated due to school, but singer and guitarist Dan Drake has started a project under the name The Dan Drake Ensemble. Their drummer, Sam Judd went on to perform vocals and occasionally drums and guitar in the band Cattle Drums. Monster Machismo is a three piece powerhouse, they play a blend of math pop mixed with complex syncopation.
