Mindless Paradise is a Ukrainian band founded in 2010 and recognized as a pioneer of Doomgaze, a subgenre of Post-Metal. The group was formed by multi-instrumentalists Fatum Black and One.Zero, both from Chernihiv, who also perform together in Mad Essence. Originally conceived as a side project, Mindless Paradise has featured various collaborators over the years, including Andrey Orochi (Sazonov), Vishal J. Singh, Alex Shed0, Proprius. Their aesthetic blends the horrors of war, brutalist architecture, medieval imagery, and dungeoncore — a tribute to the dark fantasy atmosphere of computer games like Diablo I/II. To date, Mindless Paradise has released one full-length album and four EPs.
