Mila Mar is a legendary gothic ethereal band from Germany founded in 1994 with the following lineup: Anke Hachfeld - vocals, Maaf Kirchner - synthezier, percussion, Katrin Beisher - flute, violin, Soeren Meyer – percussion. The group carried on the best traditions of Dead can dance. Their sound is a combination of folk, medieval, mystic and modern atmospherical elecronics. Fairy vocal of Anke Hachfeld is extraordinarly strong and varied. She is able to change her voice from childish to raped one within a breath, to use operatic, pop and folk way of singing with incredible deep lower tones.
