Active in music and the art world, Mikhail Karikis was first spotted by music innovators Björk and Graham Massey and selected for commercial release on Björk's 'Army of Me' album. He has released alongside Scanner, David Toop and others. His music spans from electronica, to alternative pop, Balkan folk and avant-garde. Mikhail's solo album Orphica is to be released in Spring 2007 on Quatermass.
