Currently residing in Austin TX, Mike Duncan grew up outside of Seattle, WA and has a degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Western Washington University. Obviously he has a deep and abiding love for Roman history, but is also a hardcore political junkie and lives for Seattle Mariners baseball. He has three unfinished novels sitting in a drawer and co-wrote a screenplay for The A-Team Movie (coming soon to a theater near you!) He is developing a new podcast called The Imperial Presidency, focusing on 20th Century American history, which will begin production when the History of Rome is complete.
