There are at least 2 bands known as Mercyland: (1). A band from Athens, Georgia and Featured David Barbe on Bass guitar and vocals, who went on to join Bob Mould in 'Sugar'. Their Final show was in 1991. In addition to the retrospective complilation cd 'Spillage' There is an album called 'No feet on the cowling' that was released in 1988 on Twilight/Tuptlo records (TUPLP2) (2).
