Born on the banks of a hot, muddy river, emcees Maven and Nagel were destined from their inception for interstellar musical travels straight through to the heart of the human purpose. The almost psychotic rhythmic mastery of their inner metronomics could only lay dormant for so long before these two members of Mike Maven's band were driven to hit the booth to deliver the wild styles and sounds of their youth in the Midwest and East Coast regions of the US in a project known as Mid-East, Mave N Nagel's debut record of national funktronicalmodification. If you dig Hip Hop, you may or may not dig Mave N Nagel, but Maven and Nagel dig Hip Hop, and that's all that really matters... pessimist.
