Masanori Hikichi (曳地 正則, born October 30, 1969), is a Japanese video game music composer, famous for writing the soundtrack to Terranigma with Miyoko Kobayashi. He also wrote the soundtrack to Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine with Masayuki Nagao, the SNES game Langrisser, the PSOne game The Granstream Saga, and the PlayStation 2 game Orphen: Scion of Sorcery. At the age of 14, he watched the performance of some band on television, and that led him to become a musician. When he was in high school, he started to compose music for his band to perform. After high school, he attended music school. When he composes music, he feels like he can go to a different world.
