Marius Ţeicu, (born May 9 1945 , Resita , composer, singer, instrumentalist (piano, keyboard instruments, oboe) orchestrator, conductor, teacher. He graduated from High School of Music in Timisoara in 1963 , the oboe section piano and the Academy of Music "in Bucharest in 1968 the department conducted. He is a member of the Union of Composers and Musicologists Romania since 1974 , also a teacher (between 1991-2002) of the Faculty of Theatre of the Ecological University Bucharest . Since 2002 he is professor of the Faculty of Theatre of the "Spiru Haret University in Chisinau. As a teacher had many students who today are the first magnitude stars of Romanian music.
