Macha Ravel (born in Zagreb, raised in France) is a multi-faceted Franco-Croatian singer, songwriter, producer and former medical student who has emerged as a fresh and boundary-pushing voice in the regional alt-pop scene. Originally performing under the stage name Muha, she began her career exploring rap, hip-hop, trap and experimental sounds. Over time, she transitioned toward a more personal alt-pop / synth-pop aesthetic under her new moniker, while still retaining her signature emotional intensity and genre-fluid approach. In 2023, she released her first studio album, Intenzitet, blending rap, techno, trap, and melodic songwriting. Her more recent singles, such as “Lutkica” (released in both Croatian and French versions) and “Ako smo isti,” have further propelled her into the spotlight, earning viral traction and strong regional recognition. Macha draws on her multicultural background - Croatian, French, and Balkan influences and often performs in multiple languages (Croatian, French). Her lyrics tend to explore themes of identity, love, emotional conflict, and self-liberation.
